With these stackable steamer inserts, it's now possible to steam an entire meal with one little pot of water. Each insert fits into any 10-1/4-inch cookware, although they're designed especially for the Scanpan series. The bottoms are a separate panel from the sides; you can use them in multiple layers or combine several sides with just one bottom for large amounts.
